I am a trauma-informed somatic experiencing practitioner and a sex, relationship, and intimacy coach.
What I do is unlike traditional therapy. I assist you in creating a safe, nurturing environment to settle your body and the trauma it holds in order to live a beautiful, pleasurable life.

Coaching is much more directive. We work together to create a unique experience based on your needs, wants, and desires. I want you to get better.
